iCET's“Evaluating California's Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Credits and Trading Mechanism and its Potential Suitability for China”report, supported by the Energy Foundation, was published earlier this week. This report is aimed at kick-starting a more in-depth evaluation of California’s successful ZEV Credit Program, intended to lead to the design of a similar ZEV-credits scheme custom tailored to China.
