On March 23, The Diesel Emissions Conference Asia 2010 was taken place at the Westin Hotel in Beijing. This event brought together over 250 emissions stakeholders from Asia and worldwide to discuss and develop the optimum strategy for succeeding and profiting in this fast growing market. iCET Low Carbon Transportation Program Manager Mr. Robert Earley moderated the panel discussion entitled "Tackling Asia's shortage of low sulphur content fuel".

Feb.16th–Feb.19th, 2010, Dr. Feng An and Dr. Yufu Cheng took a four days trip to Northern California for meeting partners and discussing potential collaborations. Organizations that were visited include Hewlett Foundation, Hewlett-Packard Company, Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), Terra Global Capital, Energy Foundation, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), ClimateWorks Foundation, International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT), California Energy Commission (CEC), and The Institute of Transportation Studies at UC Davis (ITS-Davis).
