iCET's "2016 Green Sustainable Consumption Week-Green Travel"series of consumer engaging activities successfully started
Part of China's 2016 Green Sustainable Consumption Week (Aug 6th to Aug 14th), iCET hosted "Green Travel" activities at the Beijing Auto Museum which included an New Energy Vehicle (NEV) introduction lecture and EV test-drives/rides, ultimately aimed at inspiring and guiding NEV purchase choices.

iCET participated in China’s “2016 Green Sustainable Consumption Week” launching ceremony expert panel discussion
The UNEP endorsed “2016 Green Sustainable Consumption Week” was officially launched on August 3rd at the Park Hyatt Hotel, organized by WWF and CCFA for the third consecutive year. iCET’s president, Dr. Feng An, introduced iCET’s Clean Transportation Transformation and its green travel activities in the “Join Forces for Sustainable Spending and Clean Production” panel. Beijing Media Network further interviewed Dr An on his insights on clean low-carbon travel options.

iCET presents ZEV-credits at the 7th Earth Temple Forum
The Clean Transportation Transformation Director, Ms. Maya Ben Dror, was invited to present iCET’s ZEV-credits study highlights at the 7th Earth Temple Forum on June 16 in Beijing. The forum, organized by the Beijing Environmental Exchange Institute and Beijing Green Finance Association and hosted by the Climate Division of NDRC, the National Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation Research Center, and the Beijing Finance Department, focused on green finance and low carbon development.

iCET holds the BestEV 1st implementation year summary
On June 16, 2016, iCET held its "BestEV" 1sy implementation year summary in Energy Foundation China office. Over 20 representatives of the newly formed BestEV Experts Committee and BestEV Coalition, including industry, research and government organizations attended the meeting. iCET reviewed the project, its implementation process and major outputs for 2015/16, as well as its next steps towards 2017.
