News I iCET visits the California Air Resources Board on carbon market collaboration

On April 13th, iCET president Dr. Feng An and Clean Tech Manager Mr. Yumin Yeh visited department heads from California Air Resources Board's Climate Team in Sacramento, California. iCET has been working on a ground-breaking project to systematically introduce California's landmark climate legislation AB32 into China. During the meeting, ARB's climate team gave the most up-to-date briefings on the development of California's cap-and-trade market. iCET formally invited ARB experts to visit China and speak to Chinese central and local government agencies that are carrying out pilot projects to develop China's carbon market.
