News I iCET makes a keynote speech on low carbon transportation at the Logistics Engineering Academy

Dr. Feng An, the President of iCET, was invited to the Logistics Engineering Academy of the People's Liberation Army on April 23, 2012 to give a keynote speech -- "Addressing Climate Change: the Development of China's Low-Carbon Transportation". It's the first time that iCET exchanged ideas with a military academy. The audience were postgraduate students of the Academy as well as soldiers and officers of the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army.
