We do so through three core programs: The Clean Transportation Transformation Program (CTTP, formed in 2006) is accelerating the transition to low-carbon and clean vehicles through standards, policies, technology promotion and consumer engagement; The Climate and Carbon Management Program (formed in 2008) is facilitating carbon “Measurable, Reportable and Verifiable (MRV)” Principle on the corporate and government levels through free online reporting tool and trainings; The Clean Innovation Program (formed in 2012) is creating online and offline multi-stakeholder platforms for advancing clean technology collaboration and innovation between China, U.S., Israel and beyond.

Our new project area under CTTP is dedicated to the embracement of mobile ICT sources for devising low-carbon and sustainable urban transportation policies and planning. By demonstrating live-data is useable through various feasibility studies and stakeholders’ engagement, we hope to jump-start a new generation of groundbreaking approaches to the the measurement, monitoring, and reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

All of iCET’s three programs, their sub-project areas included, are inter-connected and enable innovative policy designs and breakthrough technological solutions to control, reduce and eventually eliminate emissions with unprecedented effectiveness and efficiency.
